JusticeXpress Mediation is published alongside JusticeXpressFlorida, a free Florida legal-information site. Couples who read there about how dissolution of marriage works can open the directory, filter by the county they live in, and select a mediator themselves.
You are never assigned a case, and no one at JusticeXpress steers a couple toward any particular mediator. When a couple chooses you, the search button takes them straight to your own website or email. Their inquiry never passes through us.

What you need to know.
Who can be listed?
Florida mediators who offer online divorce mediation. Florida Supreme Court certification is not required to appear in the directory, but certification is displayed on your profile — and it matters for court-ordered cases, so certified mediators are identified as such.
What does it cost?
Nothing for your first year if you apply and are approved before February 2027 as a founding member. After that, a flat annual subscription: $240 a year for a single county, $480 a year statewide.
Your subscription pays to publish your listing for the year. It does not change based on how many couples view your profile, contact you, or hire you.
Do you charge per inquiry, or take a percentage?
No. There is no per-inquiry fee, no per-client fee, and no commission. You set your own rates and clients pay you directly. JusticeXpress receives no part of your mediation fee and has no interest in your fee agreement with the parties.
Do you refer couples to me?
No. JusticeXpress does not refer, match, assign, or recommend mediators. Couples browse the directory, filter by county, and choose for themselves.
Within each county, listings appear in alphabetical order by surname. Search results are not ordered, weighted, or ranked by anything a mediator pays, except that Featured listings appear in a designated position and are labelled Sponsored on the listing itself.
How does a couple contact me?
Directly. The button on your listing opens your own website or your email, whichever you nominate. We don't collect, screen, qualify, score, or route inquiries, and we don't sit between you and the couple at any point.
Will I get clients?
We can't promise that, and we won't. A listing gives couples the ability to find you. It is advertising, not a client pipeline.
That is exactly why the founding year is free: you can see what the directory produces before you pay anything for it.
How do clients pay me?
Directly, on your own terms. You set your fees, you invoice, and you collect. JusticeXpress takes no percentage of anything you earn.
Is my listing exclusive?
No. List alongside every other channel you use. You are never assigned a case, and you are free to decline any couple who contacts you.
What happens after my founding year?
We'll notify you before it ends with the tier options above. Nothing renews automatically during the founding period and no card is kept on file for founding members. If you decide not to continue, your listing simply expires.
Listings created on or after February 2027 are billed the annual subscription for the tier selected. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and are payable in full regardless of how many couples view or contact your listing. Renewal terms, including any automatic renewal, are disclosed at the point of purchase in accordance with section 501.165, Florida Statutes, and may be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.
JusticeXpress makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the volume of traffic to the directory, the number of inquiries a mediator will receive, or the number of engagements a mediator will obtain. Subscription fees are not refundable on the basis of inquiry volume, engagement volume, or revenue generated.
